    I started with Dangerously Fit as a 30 year old who didn’t want life to wake up 10 years later and realise that I was dangerously unfit. I began with DF in December, and ironically I put on some weight. I attribute this to my mentality of “as I am exercising, I can pretty much eat what I want” (Christmas was probably a factor too). However I then began the 6 week challenge, which forced me to take a real good look at my eating habits. Taking their feedback on board, my weight plummeted, with people commenting even within two weeks of starting. I ended up going from 107 kg to 98 kg; a HUGE drop in weight, and a very NOTICEABLE change in figure.
    I did the 6 week challenge for a second time and am now hovering around 95 kg, which for my height is about where I want to be. Thanks so much to Dan, Emma and the gang for all your help, especially with the diet recommendations!

    Dangerously Fit has the best group of trainers in Sydney. In 6 weeks I lost 3.3kg, put on muscle and toned up AND I lost 11cm around my waist !!!! I will be training with Dangerously Fit long after I reach my goals, because my fitness has also improved and although it is hard work, it is also a lot of fun. Thanks to all the trainers and also the other members, who all encourage each other at every session – I look forward to working out for the first time in my life.

    I won the male category in the September 2014 challenge. I am amazed at the results I achieved, about 10.3kgs which was 12% of my body weight in 6 weeks. I would have thought that impossible prior. But with reduced calorie intake and some seriously tough boot camp sessions along with my own cardio I managed to kick start the fat loss and develop some real momentum which continues now, 3 weeks after the challenge has finished. Although I probably won’t (hopefully!!) have 10% of my body weight to loose by the time the next competition comes around, I think I will do the challenge anyway for the great Saturday fat burning sessions which are awesome fun, really challenging and get the weekend off to positive start.

    The Dangerously Fit 6-week challenge was the spring board I needed to set myself back on track with my health and fitness!. I could tell you how much weight and cm’s I’ve lost but I’m not going to bother because for me it was so much more than that.

    Life sets you challenges and comes with its ups and downs. One minute you’re traveling along fine and the next you look in the mirror and don’t recognize the person looking back at you. The decision I made to joining DF and doing the 6WC was one of the best I’ve ever made and ranks in the top 5 best things I’ve done to improve my life.

    It will be challenging, tough and hard work. There will be days when you don’t want to get up at 5.30 to go train come rain or shine (yep, if it’s raining we’re still training!) but with the support, coaching, commitment and dedication of the DF crew you will achieve your goals.
